Prices & Payment

Find out about our prices, how we work with pet insurance and how payments take place.

If a client’s pet is insured, they can bring their signed claim form with them, with their details and those of their pet completed. We will fill in the rest for them and send it to their insurance company.

Information regarding pet insurance can be found here.

Payment is required at the time of consultation, or at the time the pet is discharged after a procedure or surgery. We request that all payments are made in full and the account cleared. We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards. We regret that we do not accept cheques.
